VII.1.4)Description of the procurement:

A TRV Zrt. Nyugati Régió és Tápióság Főmérnökségének működési területén elhelyezkedő szennyvíztisztító telepeken keletkező, EWC190805 kódszámú hulladék (szennyvíziszap) elszállítása, majd ezt követő kezelése mezőgazdasági felhasználás, hasznosítás vagy ártalmatlanítás útján az ajánlatkérő egyedi megrendelésében meghatározottak szerint nettó 274 075 000,- Ft keretösszeg erejéig. AK a keretösszeg 90%-áig vállal lehívási kötelezettséget.

A szerződés időtartama alatt elszállítandó szennyvíziszap mennyisége várhatóan 17 190 000 kg. A mennyiség tájékoztató jellegű, annak teljes lehívására az ajánlatkérő nem vállal kötelezettséget.

A nyertes ajánlattevő feladatát képezi a szennyvíziszap:

- igény szerinti kitermelése;

- tulajdonjoggal történő átvétele;

- szállítójárműre rakodása;

- a telephelyekről a kezelőhöz, a kijelölt mezőgazdasági területre vagy az ártalmatlanítás helyszínére történő szállítása;

- hasznosítása, mezőgazdasági kihelyezése vagy az ártalmatlanítása.

A részletes feladatleírást a felhívást kiegészítő közbeszerzési dokumentumok részét képező műszaki leírás tartalmazza.
