a. The tenderer must submit up to date authorization letter for submission against this tender ID.
b. If the quoted rate of any item deviates more than five percent (5%) compared to the RHD Rate Schedule 2015, then the tenderer must enclose rate analysis as the RHD standard format in support of the quoted rate of that item with the tender.
c. All bituminous works under this tender should be done with bitumen of penetration grade 60/70, and defect liability period will be 36 months.
d. Tenderer should mention the full name of his/her firm (No abbreviation is allowed). In case of JV, All the partners should have the experience of similar nature of work individually.
e. Asphalt Batching Plant must be used in this work.Tenderer must submit relevant document in favor of ownership of his/her own asphalt batching plant. If he/she does not own asphalt batching plant, then he/she must submit the Contract Agreement for acquisition of asphalt batching plant. The tenderer must provide the authorization of delivering the asphalt batching plant in site in due time.

Note:

1. As per consent of CPTU, the Tenders shall be evaluated in the e-GP system with the help of online database system- TDMS.
2. Qualification information and evidences (such as work experience certificate, on-going works list, payment certificate for construction turnover, equipment list (own or rented), personnel list etc of the Tenderers as mapped in the e-GP Tenders must be availalble in the TDMS system so that TEC can evaluate the tenders digitally within short period of time.
3. If there is any conflicting information in TDMS and e-GP, the inofrmation provided in the e-GP system shall prevail.
4. A tenderer not having sufficient information in the TDMS system may be evaluated as ineligible
5. Evaluation Sheet generated by TDMS shall be uploaded into the e-GP system by the TEC

(iii) Overlay work at 1st to 3rd, 4th(p) to 5th(p) km & Strengthening work at 2nd(p) to 3rd(p) km of Shatpakia(Barisal-Jhalokati Highway)-Nalcity Road (Z-8709) Through PMP (Road-Major) Under Jhalokati Road Division during the Year 2017-2018
(iv) Overlay work at 4th(p) to 9th(p) km & Strengthening work at 4th(p) to 6th(p) km of PirMoazzam Hossain (Baishakhia)-Rajapur(Mirarhat) Road (Z-8062)Through PMP (Road-Major) Under Jhalokati Road Division during the Year 2017-2018 &
(v) Overlay & Strengthening work at 1st to 6th km of Amua-Mirukhali-Safa Road (Z-8815) (Jhalokati portion)Through PMP (Road-Major) Under Jhalokati Road Division during the Year 2017-2018.
