The purpose of this notice is to release a draft copy of the forthcoming request for proposal (RFP) for medical staffing services and to announce a virtual industry day for the Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) Health Service Corps (IHSC) on July 28, 2021.

The purpose of the draft RFP and industry day is to introduce IHSC and its mission, overview the IHSC medical staffing requirement, discuss the acquisition strategy, and provide industry an opportunity to ask questions or provide feedback about the RFP before the solicitation is finalized.  

Industry Day Details:

• The event will begin at 9:30am (EDT) on July 28, 2021.  It is scheduled to go until 1:00pm (EDT), however it is dependent on the number of questions during the event.
• Due to the lingering concerns about COVID19, this industry day will be held virtually via Microsoft Teams.  A link will be provided via email after registration
• Due to expected high levels of interest, each vendor shall be limited to 3 logged in attendees.  There is no objection to vendors having multiple individuals sharing screens.  The concern is that the number of attendees may overwhelm the system and postpone the industry day, so please try to limit the number of attendees to avoid this possible issue.
• It is highly encouraged that attendees become familiar with the draft RFP prior to the event as the presentations will directly relate to specific sections of the RFP.

To register for the industry day please send your request to [email protected]. All registration requests must be received no later than 2:00pm (EDT) on July 27, 2021.

With your registration please provide the following information for each attendee:

            Name;

            Company DUNS; and

            Email address

Questions:

Please submit all questions and feedback during the pre-RFP period using the attached Vendor Questions Tempate in MS Excel.  All advanced questions shall be submitted to [email protected]. The Government intends to handle the bulk, or all, of the questions regarding this requirement during the draft RFP period so please provide questions during this period. Please be clear in your question or comment so the Government understands the question/discussion.

Pre-Industry Day Questions:

Vendors may be interested in asking questions in advance of the event that would then be addressed during the event.  All pre-Industry Day questions must be received no later than 2:00pm (EDT) on July 23, 2021.  Please title the email “Medical Staffing - Industry Day Questions – [Submitter’s Name].

Post-Industry Day Questions:

Following the industry day, vendors may have more questions as a result of what was presented during the industry day.  All post-Industry Day questions must be received no later than 2:00pm (EDT) on August 8, 2021.  Please title the email “Medical Staffing - Draft RFP Questions – [Submitter’s Name].
