The project includes construction of streets and utilities for a new residential and commercial area in the town of Gardabaer. The total length of streets is about 2.600 m.

The project consists of new construction of streets, parking lots, paths and sidewalks as well. The contractor shall also handle all work on the pipes of utility companies in the area.

The project includes all earthwork for streets, sidewalks, parking lots, sewers, draining system. The project furthermore includes all work, both earthworks and plumbing, for hot and cold water, telecommunications and electricity cables and pipes, draining pipes and street lighting.
