Description

The overall objective of these Terms of Reference is to improve the quality of Maternal and New-born Health services at health facilities. The specific objectives are:

  • Identification of gaps in the delivery of quality maternal and new-born health services, and responding with appropriate and vetted strategies for improvement
  • Establishment of quality improvement mechanisms in health facilities and monitoring for Quality Improvement
  • Building the capacity of health workers and health facilities in the provision of quality maternal and newborn care services, including Emergency Obstetric and New-born Care services
