The government contemplates awarding one (1), three (3) year IDIQ contract. The estimated award date will be July 2019. This is a sole source requirement to Olin Corporation, (1MR34) due to Olin being the only qualified vendor currently within the National Technology Industrial Base (NTIB) qualified to produce these cartridges and Olin owns all the data rights for these items as well as the required equipment and tooling used in production. The solicitation will be made available through Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) procedures. Solicitation will be posted to FedBizOps. It is suggested that small business firms or others interested in subcontracting opportunities in connection with the described procurement make contact with the firm listed.
