II.2.4)Description of the procurement:

Madhya Pradesh Metro Rail Corporation Ltd (‘MPMRCL’- ‘the Employer’) invites online open e-tenders from eligible applicants of all countries, who fulfil the criteria stipulated in eligibility cum qualification criteria, for the tender package BH-02: ‘Design and Construction of eight (8) elevated Metro Rail stations including viaduct portions within the station and transition spans on either side of the station (AIIMS, Alkapuri, Habibganj Naka, Habibganj, M.P Nagar Zone-1, DB City Mall, Kendriya Vidyalaya and Subhash Nagar)’ for Bhopal Metro Rail Project.

Above works involves design and Construction under lump-sum component, item-rate component separately. Schedule ‘A’ consist of lump sum component of the works, which covers design and construction of all civil, Structural (including roof structures), MEP works, entry/exit, foot over bridges, viaduct with station, transition spans and provision for solar panel installation. This lump sum component also covers utilities retentions and/or protections, relocation/shifting/removal of all the ‘Above Ground Utilities’ and spare parts. Schedule ‘B’ consist of item rate component of the works, which covers design and execution of all architectural works (Front of House (FoH) and Back of House (BoH) in public and non-public areas which includes concourse, platform, Foot over Bridge (FoB), entry/exit, plaza area, roof sheeting, system rooms, construction of masonry/blockwork walls, mullions, tie beams, lintels, plastering etc. Schedule ‘C’ consist of item rate component of the works, which covers design and execution of facade works including the required supporting structural elements. Schedule ‘D’ consists of provisional sum, which is provided for the miscellaneous works which encountered during execution of the works, like the works/activities pertaining to relocation/shifting/removal of all the ‘Underground Utilities’ and other utilities, which came in existence after the base date.
