Design, Manufacture, Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of Platform Screen Doors System including supply of spares, special tools, training and O&M manuals etc. for 5 nos. of Underground station of Pune Metro Rail project. Completion Period of 12 Months from the date of issue of LOA.

The pre-bid meeting shall be conducted through video conferencing by software apps such as Zoom, Microsoft Team, etc. All Prospective bidders shall provide the details of the person(s) (maximum up to two) who will be participating in such virtual meeting at least one day before the meeting to the registered official email of Maha-Metro i.e. [email protected], so that links having details such as software, meeting ID, password etc. can be mailed to these persons at least 12 hours before the scheduled pre-bid meeting. Further, bidders are requested to send Pre-bid clarifications on the registered official email of Maha-Metro i.e. [email protected] .

Bidders are required to submit Form of Bid Securing Declaration as per the format given in the Tender along with the Bid.

Submission of Tender is to made at e-tender portal of Maharashtra Metro Rail Corporation Limited.

Tender Opening: Bid shall be opened by the authority at Maha-Metro, 1st Floor, The Orion, Opposite Don Bosco Youth Centre, Koregaon Park, Pune-411001.

Bid Validity: Tenders shall be valid for a period of 180 days (both days inclusive i.e. the date of submission of tenders and the last date of period of validity of the tender) from the latest date of online submission of Tenders, as described in ITB 18.1.

The Bidding process is Single stage two-packet system through e-tender portal of MAHA-METRO. Tenders are open to nationals of all countries, who fulfil the criteria stipulated in Evaluation and Qualification Criteria (EQC). A firm, who has paid tender fee amounting to INR 47,200/- (inclusive of 18% GST) non-refundable (inclusive of applicable taxes) through e-payment by RTGS/NEFT/Credit Card, as per procedure given in the e-tender portal, can submit the tender either as an individual firm or in JV/ Consortium.

The Contract will be awarded to the preferred Bidder whose Tender has been determined to be substantially responsive and compliant to the requirements contained in the Tender Documents and who has offered the Lowest Evaluated Price as per ITB 36.1, subject to the quoted amount is considered to be acceptable.
