01.(a) A satisfactory completion of 33KV U/G cable and related line works at least Tk. 30,00,000.00 (Taka thirty lakh) only under a single contract over the last five (05) years shall be required.
(b) No Joint venture or JVCA will be accepted for this tender.
02. The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than at least Tk. 60,00,000.00 (Taka sixty lakh) only over the last five (05) years which shall be supported by an authorized CA firm.
03. The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Tk. 30,00,000.00 (Taka thirty lakh) only which shall be supported by bank statement and the statement will not before tender publication date in the e-GP portal. Tenderer those who will submit credit facilities from the bank, they should submit Letter of Commitment for Bank's Undertaking for Line of Credit (Form PW2a-3)
04. The Tenderers whose trade license is valid for DPDC area, only they are eligible to submit the tender.
05. The Tenderer shall have legal capacity to entrer into the Contract.
06.The Tenderer must have a valid Electrical Contractors License with ABC & Electrical Supervisory License.
07. Years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP.
08. The Tenderers up to date contact information must be same in all submitted documents.
09. The tenderer must have valid and upto date VAT , e-TIN , Bank Solvency certificate & three years Audit Report
10. All other Terms & Conditions will be available in the Tender document.
Note:
01. Tenderer who will be quoted rate 10% less or above of the official cost estimate must be rejected as per PPR Amendment gadget 2016 .
