UNDP Vietnam is seeking for Institutional Consultancy Service to review and improvement of existing technical and economic norms of energy efficiency buildings.

The assignment is to support Ministry of Construction in announcing/ providing guidelines on the technical economic cost norms and construction investment unit cost of EE buildings including:  

1. Develop guidelines for authorities to announce unit prices of a number of building material products and EE equipment.
2. Construction investment unit cost of EE buildings (per square meter)
3. Construction consultancy costs for EE buildings (cost for project planning, design, appraisal of design, and acceptance of completed construction works (including the conformity assessment of building with respect to national code QCXD09:2017).
