The Army Contracting Command - Rock Island (ACC-RI) intends to procure, on a sole source basis, 9,220 each Body Tops & Bottoms to support the MJU 57 A/B Flares. Delivery will be to Crane Army Ammunition Activity, Crane, Indiana.

Award will be made to Decatur Mold, Tool, and Engineering under authority FAR 13.106-1(b)(1). Decatur Mold, Tool, and Engineering is the only acceptable source for this requirement. Decatur Mold is the original manufacturer of the molds and inserts used to create these parts.
