Description of the assignment:

To formulate a full-fledged project document for UNDP/UNWomen parliamentary support (2022-2027) to the National Assembly and Zanzibar House of Representatives to more effectively and responsively perform core functions of representation, law-making and oversight.

Description of Responsibilities (scope of the work)

The following are the expected outputs for this evaluation.

• Participation in start-up briefing meeting at the National Assembly, Zanzibar House of Representatives, UNDP and UNWomen
• Gathering, review and analysis of key documents related with the role of parliaments and the project, including project related documents (LSP II Project Document, Reports, M&E Results Framework, LSPII Midterm and Final Evaluation, Progress Reports, UNDP Tanzania Governance Strategy Note, preparatory project formulation documents etc.
• Formulate draft project document
