Description of the assignment: Under the direct supervision of UNDP Chief Technical Advisor (CTA) selected candidate - Senior Biometric Voter Registration (BVR) Specialist will be part of the Electoral Technology Assessment Team (ETAT) composing of the NEC technical staff, one international expert, and one ECOWAS expert, to conduct feasibility study for possible introduction of a new technology in voter-registration and elections in Liberia.
