Specific Procurement Notice   Request for Bids Non-Consulting Services     Employer: Public Services Agency Project: Land Registration and Property Valuation Project Contract title: Procurement of Cadastral Works in the North Region of Moldova Country: Republic of Moldova Credit IDA No.: 6306-MD RFB No: MD-PSA-246058-NC-RFB Issued on: August 25, 2021   The Government of Republic of Moldova has received financing from the World Bank toward the cost of the Land Registration and Property Valuation Project, and intends to apply part of the proceeds toward payments under the contract for Procurement of Cadastral Works in the North Region of Moldova.  2.    The Public Services Agency now invites sealed Bids from eligible Bidders for Procurement of Cadastral Works in the North Region of Moldova 3.     Bidding will be conducted through international competitive procurement using a Request for Bids (RFB) as specified in the World Bank’s “Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers- dated July 2016, revised November 2017 (“Procurement Regulations”), and is open to all eligible Bidders as defined in the Procurement Regulations.   4.     Interested eligible Bidders may obtain further information from Public Services Agency, Department of Cadastre, Vitalie Antociuc, Project Manager e-mail: pief.procurement @asp.gov.md during office hours 09.00 to 17.00, Chisinau time at the address given below (specified in p. 8).   5.     The bidding document in  English language may be obtained by interested eligible Bidders upon the submission of a written application to the e-mail below. The bidding document will be sent by e-mail.   6.     Bids must be delivered to the address below on or before October 20, 2021, 11.00 AM Chisinau time.  Electronic Bidding will not be permitted. Late Bids will be rejected.
