Invitation For Orientation on Quantum – the UNDP New e-Tendering System

UNDP Afghanistan Office is shortly moving to Quantum, the new ERP System, that hosts UNDP core business functions such as procurement. Quantum will be replacing the previous e-Tendering System for bidders to participate in business opportunities with UNDP.

In order to facilitate the transition and better collaborate on the move to Quantum, UNDP Afghanistan Office will be organizing a series of introductory and training sessions on Quantum.

All interested suppliers/dealers/manufacturers/distributors/services providers are cordially invited to attend the orientation for Quantum, which will take place on Wednesday  27th April 2022 at 02:30 PM Kabul local time Online via Zoom at below link.

The sessions are open for all interested suppliers/services providers, the topics will cover as follows:

1. Quantum System overview and registration step;
2. How to look for business opportunities;  
3. How to submit a proposal/tender; and
