Hire of Event Equipment for Land Policy Consultative Meeting for 2 days (28-29 April 2021) at Mqabuko Nkomo Polytechnic Gwanda, Matabeleland South Province, Zimbabwe. Event Equipment to include;

a) 1 x White Peg and Pole Tent – 100-seater capacity, lined and draped

b) 15 x 10-Seater Table with White and White Table Cloths

c) 50 x Plastic Chairs

d) 4 x Mobile Restrooms (single cubicles)

e) 1 x Generator (including fuel), large enough to power PA System for 50-pax

f) 1 x PA System for 50-pax complete with 2 cordless microphones

g) 300 x 500ml Bottled Water
