invites qualified suppliers and manufacturers to make a firm offer for the establishment of Frame Agreement(s) for the supply and delivery of Hygiene and Cleaning Kits.

UNHCR may award Frame Agreement(s) with initial duration of 2 (two) years, potentially extendable for two (2) further periods of 1 (one) year each, for supplying its operations in Brazil. The successful bidders will be requested to maintain their quoted price model for the duration of the Frame Agreement(s).

The estimated annual requirement of UNHCR is for 15,000 Male Hygiene Kits, 15,000 Female Hygiene Kits, 60,000 Family Hygiene Kits and 40,000 Cleaning Kits.
