The International Organization for Migration (IOM) intends to enter into a Long-Term Agreement with the most suitable Service Provider(s) to provide Travel Management Services to the Election Support Unit of the IOM Regional Office for the EEA, the EU and NATO, Brussels, Belgium. To this end, this Request for Proposals (RFP) is issued.

IOM invites Service Providers to provide Technical and Financial Proposals for the services outlined in this RFP and its annexes before 28th February 8:00 AM CET

The Proposals must be sent by e-mail to [email protected] and copying [email protected], [email protected] and [email protected].

Request for clarifications can be submitted to the above indicated e-mail addresses at least 7 calendar days before the set deadline for the submission and receipt of Proposals.

Service Providers that intend to submit a Proposal are kindly required to acknowledge this Letter of Invitation by sending an e-mail to [email protected] within 7 days from receipt of the Letter of Invitation.
