Notes: -

1. Bidders should submit two proposals in 2 two separate emails. One email should contain a technical proposal and the second email should contain the financial proposal. Each envelope should be clearly marked “Technical proposal” or “Financial proposal” as the case may be. Electronic submissions are also allowed. Bids should be submitted to e-mail: [email protected] 
2. Prebid meeting: Prebid meeting: A mandatory pre-bidding conference will be held via Zoom, on 21.02.2022, at 02:30 pm Baghdad Local Time, through below Zoom link:

1. UNICEF has the right to split the award based on price, quality and or lead time.
2. Partial financial proposal is Not permitted.
3. Questions from Proposers: Proposers are required to submit any questions in respect of this RFPS by [EMAIL] to [email protected];  [email protected] ; [email protected] ; [email protected], The deadline for receipt of any questions is COB [COB of 28.02.2022].
4. Please make sure to sign, stamp page no. 3 “Bid Form” of this document and resend it along with your proposal, otherwise the proposal will be neglected.
