• advice on landowner claims;

• rural consultancy;

• reporting;

• liaising with landowners;

• specialist advice on environmental aspects and impacts, land drainage and land agronomy;

• advice on applicable EU directives;

• advice on matters relating to animal disease.

The above services will be used on hundreds of capital projects across many different programmes throughout Ireland. These projects have an overall value of up to EUR 100 million and the number of landowners can range from 1 to 50, with the average number being 10. The type of projects will include constructing Water and Wastewater Treatment plants, pipelines, rehabilitation of existing assets (treatment plants, dams, reservoirs, etc.) and groundwater source protection.
