The period of the Contract will be for an initial period of 2 years. If the services provided are

deemed to be satisfactory the contract may be renewed twice by the Authority, at its sole

discretion, with the renewal being for a period up to 12 months, for a total maximum contract

duration of 4 years.

Each of the remaining candidates will be awarded marks for their responses to weighted objective criteria questions set out in the procurement documents. Provided that there are sufficient numbers of qualified candidates, the five candidates awarded the highest marks will be invited to submit tenders for the contract.
