The purpose of the Competition is to establish a single-party framework agreement (“the Framework Agreement”) with suppliers for the supply & delivery Non-exam & Exam scanning / reader pens. Each pen is a portable pocket-sized device that reads text aloud in English, and other languages. The supplier will be responsible for training TU Dublin staff & students in the use of the pens.

The framework will operate under a direct drawdown of the Goods from the successful supplier.
