SEAI’s Community Enabling Framework
This is a Prior Information Notice (PIN) in relation to SEAI’s Community Enabling Framework. SEAI intends to appoint suitably qualified and resourced, multi-disciplined consultants for the provision of a range of services to support communities and SEAI in the initial development phases of renewable energy generation projects for participation in support schemes such as Renewable Electricity Support Scheme (RESS). The Multi-party framework agreement will be divided into 4 lots for professional services & will include consultancy and advisory services focusing on engineering, planning, design, project management, financial, stakeholder & community engagement, estimated contract value is approximately €3 million ex VAT over a maximum of four years. SEAI intends to publish this tender within the next 12 months and hold a Market Information meeting in the coming weeks.
