Lot 1: The project consists of the careful removal, disposal off site, replacement with powder coated aluminium windows in accordance with BS4873, supply & fitting new painted window boards and touching up paintwork around windows as follows in location 1-47 as shown on the floor plan provided, in line with the Consultant’s report.

Lot 2: The project will consist of the careful removal, disposal off site of double-glazed aluminium 12mm pre 2004 windows and single glaze timber windows and replace with double glazed high spec upvc and touching up of paintwork around windows. Please note Lot 2 is subject to funding.
