Addendum # 1

Date: 8 January 2018

This Addendum is issued with the purpose to amend ITB 326/17 dated 19 December 2017 as follows.

1. Bid submission date is extended from 22 January 2018 to Wednesday 31 January 2018 on or before 1400 hours.

2. Second site visit is scheduled for Sunday 14 January 2018 between 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM. Below are details of focal engineer;

3. BOQ is amended due to error in the formula for Line Item. Updated BOQ in Excel is uploaded at Annex – A.
