Bids shall be submitted on or before Date: 18 November 2018 (Sunday) Time: 4.30pm (Local BDT Time) (Sunday)

You are kindly requested to submit an acknowledgment letter to UNDP to the following e-mail address mentioning in the subject “ITB-BD-2018-007; "Supply, Installation and Commissioning of Solar Irradiance Monitoring System by Automatic Sun Tracker for Data Transmission and Management for SrepGen Project of UNDP Bangladesh.” to [email protected]

The letter should be received by UNDP no later than 08 November 2018 .  The same letter should advise whether your company intends to submit a Proposal. If that is not the case, UNDP would appreciate your indicating the reason, for our records. 
Proposals may be submitted on or before the deadline indicated by UNDP in the e-Tendering system. Bids must be submitted in the online e-Tendering system in the following link:

Your bids must be expressed in the English, and valid for a minimum period of 90 days.
You are kindly requested to indicate whether your company intends to submit a bids by clicking on “Accept Invitation” in the system.

In the course of preparing and submitting your Proposal, it shall remain your responsibility to ensure that it submitted into the system by the deadline. The system will automatically block and not accept any bid after the deadline. Kindly ensure attaching the required supporting documents (with file name less than 60 characters) in pdf format which must be free from any virus or corrupted files. Proposals that are received by UNDP after the deadline indicated above, for whatever reason, shall not be considered for evaluation
