United Nations in Brazil hereby invites qualified companies to submit offers for the acquisition, supply and installation of 4.000 Kits for biometric (fingerprints) data collection and digital image of persons under any formal detention and imprisonment in all units of Brazil Federation.

The purpose of this notice is to provide general information on the requirements for the procurement process and to inform interested suppliers how to obtain a copy of the Solicitation Documents.

The Offers must be received by JOF – Joint Operations Facility on or before 07 October 2019 at 05:00 p.m.  in strict compliance with the instructions as stipulated in the Solicitation Documents. Please indicate Ref. Nº: ITB JOF 1055/2019 on all submissions.

Interested companies who wish to participate must obtain a complete set of Solicitation Documents, available free of charge at https://www.un.org.br. Information can also be obtained by the e-mail: [email protected]

JOF reserves the right to amend the tender documents at any time during the solicitation process. Any amendments or clarifications will be communicated directly to all Bidders who have registered in the JOF Procurement website. No remuneration will be made to companies for preparation and submission of their Offers.
