The letter should be received by UNDP no later than COB 18 October 2017. The same letter should advise whether your company intends to submit a Bid. If that is not the case, UNDP would appreciate your indicating the reason, for our records.
Prebid conference will be organized on 16 October 2017 at 12:00 at UN House Conference Room.
A site visit will be organized for interested bidders at the construction site on 17 October 2017 at 12:00.
Note: transportation and organization issue:
Bidders shall be met by project staff at the location, but the transportation shall be provided on their own expense.
