Please find attached all the necessary documents for sending your best proposals:

You can submit a proposal for one country or more. If you send a proposal for more than one country, please send the technical and financial evaluation form for each country.

1) Excel document to be used in your reply (the two excel documents below must be sent in two different emails)

- Annex C1 - NTM Technical evaluation form : please fill-in the technical offer table for each country (mandatory)

- Annex C2 - NTM Financial evaluation form : please fill-in the financial offer table for each country (mandatory)

2) Pdf documents

- ITC Request for proposals cover letter (read instructions carefully)

- Annex A Acknowledgment lettre

- Annex B Terms of References (TOR) and related annexes

- Annex D UN General Conditions for contract for services (please sign as acceptance of UN Conditions - mandatory)

Please also note the following agenda:

- Submit your questions by email to [email protected] (Procurement Services) at the latest on 12 July 2021.

- Send your proposals in two separate emails (one for technical submission, one for financial submission) by email before 30 July 2021 – midnight Geneva time.

During the evaluation process, 70 pts will be given to the technical evaluation and 30 pts to the financial evaluation.

Please note that you will have to register your company under www.ungm.org and submit your best proposal without VAT.
