The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office (NCO) 6, intends to negotiate a sole source contract with Baxter Healthcare Corporation to do preventative maintenance for Phoenix Dialysis Equipment at the VAMC Fayetteville 2300 Ramsey St Fayetteville, NC 28301 . Period of performance will be for the period 01 October 2021 through 30 September 2022. Justification for this sole source procurement is in accordance with FAR 13.106-1(b)(2) soliciting from a single source. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotes.
