This annoucement is to provide notification of the Government's intent to issue a Sole Source Award.

The 33d Network Warfare Squadron (33 NWS) is seeking a new contract to obtain the services of a subject matter expert (SME) from the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) IBM; who as the OEM, alone have the unrestricted access to the proprietary IBM developed defensive countermeasures and device software and firmware.
