UNDP SELECT Project team, under the overall supervision of the UNDP Brussels’ based Task Force on electoral assistance wishes to recruit a service provider (company) with experience in website development to enhance project visibility, establish a practitioner’s knowledge (for 6 identified topics), develop an eLearning hub and provide maintenance throughout the duration of the project, as detailed in Annex 1 of this RFQ.
