AMENDMENT TO CLOSING TIME: Please disregard the Ariba Discovery posting response deadline closing time and Buyandsell posting closing time. All required supporting documentation and bid submission must be submitted on 2022/06/13 by 2:00 PM EDT. All bids submitted after 2:00 PM EDT will result in the bid being declared non-responsive. ECCC requires the services of a Contractor capable of safely and securely relocating the Helium tanker trailer via land transportation from the Port of Entry of NEAS Terminal, Port of Valleyfield, Quebec to their certified testing facility to re-certify trailer for road-worthiness. In addition, ECCC requires the Contractor to perform the ten-year hydrostatic re-certification of the 8-tuber helium tube trailer for pressure, and fill it with Helium (Ultra High Purity Grade 99.99%) and return the tanker trailer to the ECCC Warehouse in Burlington, Ontario.
