This is the update of General Procurement Notice 7241-GPN-45264, which was initially published on 18 December 2013.

Avtobusnyi Park Kyzylorda LLP (the “Company”), an urban public transport management company in the city of Kyzylorda (the “City”) has received the loan from the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development to implement an investment project to improve the quality of the public transport services and set up a proper regulatory framework in the City.

The main part of goods, works and services under the project, which has a total estimated cost of USD 25.7 million equivalents, already procured. It will require the procurement of the following goods, works and services:

• Bus washing machines

Open tendering for the above contracts is expected to commence in the May-June 2017.

Contracts to be financed with the proceeds of the loan from the European Bank will be subject to the Bank's Procurement Policies and Rules and will be open to firms from any country. The proceeds of the Bank's loan will not be used for the purpose of any payment to persons or entities, or for any import of goods, if such payment or import is prohibited by a decision of the United Nations Security Council taken under Chapter VII of the Charter of the United Nations or under a law or official regulation of the Purchaser's country.
