1. The Kyrgyz Republic received financing from the World Bank toward the cost of the «Emergency COVID-19», Project under the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Kyrgyz Republic and intends to apply part of the proceeds toward payments under the contract Procurement of ultrasound system (portable and stationary) for echocardiography

2.      The Ministry of Emergency Situation of the Kyrgyz Republic now invites sealed Bids from eligible Bidders for Procurement of an ultrasound system (portable and stationary) for echocardiography

Lot No.1- Ultrasonic diagnostic apparatus of expert class, portable;

Lot No.2- Ultrasonic diagnostic apparatus of expert class, station.

3.      Bidding will be conducted through international competitive procurement using a Request for Bids (RFB) as specified in the World Bank’s “Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers” July 2016, revised in November 2017 and August 2018 (“Procurement Regulations”), and is open to all eligible Bidders as defined in the Procurement Regulations.

4.      Interested eligible Bidders may obtain further information from Project Implementation Unit under the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Kyrgyz Republic, Mrs. Zhyldyz Toktorbaeva, PIU Director, e-mail: [email protected] and inspect the bidding document during office hours 09:00 to 17:00 at the address given below.

5.      The bidding document in English and/or Russian language may be obtained by interested Bidders upon the submission of a written application to the address below. The document will be sent by mail: [email protected]

6.      Bids must be delivered to the address below 14:00 (Local Time) March 18, 2022. Electronic Bidding will not be permitted. Late Bids will be rejected. Bids will be publicly opened in the presence of the Bidders’ designated representatives and anyone who chooses to attend at the address below 14:00 (Local Time) March 18, 2022

7.      All Bids must be accompanied by a Bid Security Declaration.

8.      Attention is drawn to the Procurement Regulations requiring the Borrower to disclose information on the successful bidder’s beneficial ownership, as part of the Contract Award Notice, using the Beneficial Ownership Disclosure Form as included in the bidding document.
