Description of the circumstances which rendered the modification necessary and explanation of the unforeseen nature of these circumstances:

Ņemot vērā UZŅĒMĒJA 2021.gada 28.oktobra vēstuli Nr.14-21/192 par nepieciešamību grozīt Būvdarbu izpildes termiņu, sakarā ar nepārvaramas varas apstākļu iestāšanos Līguma izpildē, kļūst neiespējama Būvdarbiem nepieciešamo materiālu iegāde, ņemot vērā pasaules Veselības Organizācijas izsludināto pandēmiju Coronavirus (COVID 19) un no 2021.gada 11.oktobra līdz 2022.gada 11.janvārim izsludināto ārkārtējo situāciju Latvijā un sakarā ar Covid 19 infekcijas straujo izplatīšanos, esošo situāciju valstī, darbinieku inficēšanos ar slimību, kura rezultātā darbinieki kļūst darbnespējīgi, ir radušies šķēršļi Būvdarbu kvalitatīvai un savlaicīgai izpildei.
