Description of the circumstances which rendered the modification necessary and explanation of the unforeseen nature of these circumstances:

Objektā norit amortizējošā seguma ieklāšanas darbi, taču darbu procesa gaitu un izpildes termiņu ir ietekmējis Latvijas Republikā noteiktais ārkārtas stāvoklis un ierobežojumi. Tāpat procesu ir ietekmējuši laikapstākļi – gaisa temperatūra, kura ir vidēji zem normas. Lielo nokrišņu daudzums lietus un sniega formā neļauj plānotajos apjomos ieklāt gumijas segumu atbilstoši ražotāja noteiktai tehnoloģijai. Ar pilnu resursu nevar veikt tehnoloģiski pareizu amortizējošā seguma ierīkošanu.
