  Invitation for Bids Date: 5 July 2021 Loan No. and Title: 53118-001-GEO: Livable Cities Investment Project for Balanced Development Contract No. and Title: LCIP/CW/016-2021: Rehabilitation of Touristic Routes and Public Recreational Spaces between the Historical Hills in Telavi Deadline for Submission of Bids: 16 August 2021, 12:00 hours (Tbilisi time) 1.   The Government of Georgia has applied for financing from the Asian Development Bank (ADB) toward the cost of Livable Cities Investment Project for Balanced Development. Part of this financing will be used for payments under the Contract named above. Bidding is open to Bidders from eligible source countries of ADB.  2.   The Municipal Development Fund of Georgia (“the Employer”) invites electronically sealed bids from eligible Bidders for the construction and completion of Touristic Routes and Public-Recreational Spaces between the Historical Hills in Telavi (“the Works”).  3.   Open competitive bidding (international advertisement) will be conducted in accordance with ADB’s Single-Stage: One-Envelope bidding procedure and is open to all Bidders from eligible countries as described in the Bidding Document.  4.   Only eligible bidders with the following key qualifications should participate in this bidding:  ●     Minimum average annual construction turnover of GEL 7,000,000 calculated as total certified payments received for contracts in progress or completed, within the last three (3) years. ●     Financial Resources Requirement: The Bidder must demonstrate that it has the financial resources to meet: (a) its current contract commitments, plus (b) the requirements for the Subject Contract of GEL 800,000. ●     Participation as a contractor, Joint Venture partner, or Subcontractor, in at least one (1) similar contract that have been successfully or substantially completed within the last five (5) years and that are similar to the proposed works, where the value of the Bidder’s participation exceeds GEL 5,000,000.
