- The National Fisheries and Aquaculture Authority (NaFAA) of the Republic of Liberia has received financing from the World Bank toward the cost of the Rehabilitation of Infrastructure at UL to support Fisheries Programs and intends to apply part of the proceeds toward payments under the contract for the Construction/Rehabilitation Lecture Halls, Offices, Fisheries Laboratory and a Toilet facility at the University of Liberia. For this contract, NaFAA shall process the payments using the Direct Payment disbursement method, as defined in the World Bank’s Disbursement Guidelines for Investment Project Financing.
- The Liberian Sustainable Management Fisheries Project (LSMFP) now invites sealed Bids from eligible Bidders for the Rehabilitation of Infrastructure to Support Fisheries Programs at the University of Liberia Main Campus located at Fendell, Montserrado County, Republic of Liberia. The duration of the implantation of the works is intended not to exceed 10 months. The rehabilitation works consists of the rehabilitation of four (4) large buildings housing, five (5) lecture halls, fifteen (15) offices, one (1) conference Room, One (1) Laboratory and an external restroom facility.
- Bidding will be conducted through an Open National Competitive Procurement process using Request for Bids (RFB) as specified in the World Bank’s “Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers” July 2016, revised November 2017, August 2018, and November 2020 (“Procurement Regulations”), and is open to all eligible Bidders as defined in the Procurement Regulations
