(i)	Fair presentation of the financial statements: whether the project financial statements present 
fairly, in all material respects, or give a true and fair view of the project’s financial position, 
its financial performance and cash flows in accordance with the applicable accounting and reporting 
framework; 
(ii)	Use of loan proceeds: whether loan proceeds were used only for the purposes of the project
