Description

Dear Prospective Bidder,

The World Health Organization, Regional Office for the Eastern Mediterranean (WHO/EMRO) seeks offers in sealed envelopes for the attached list under (Annex A) to establish a Long Term Agreement for purchase of the following items for the benefit of the Eastern Mediterranean Counties:

  • Ambulances with Toyota Hiace base car;
  • Ambulances with Toyota Land Cruiser base car (Hardtop station wagon); and
  • Mobile Clinics with Hino base car.

 

In this regard, kindly find attached our Invitation to Bid (ITB) ref. EMRO 12/2017/69 dated 7 December 2017 including the list of requested items.

 

Submission of offers:

  • Offers must be received in the format shown in the attached excel sheet (Noting different Sheets for each type), confirming the requested details. Please add detailed Technical Specifications and equipment details/photos as annexes.

 

  • Offers should be received in sealed envelopes latest by 15:00 (Cairo Local Time) on Date 28 December 2017, marked clearly with ITB number EMRO 12/2017/69 – (Long Term Agreement for Ambulances and Mobile Clinics).
