1. The United Nations Interim Force in Lebanon (UNIFIL) has a requirement to establish a Long Term Agreement (LTA) for the Services and Repair of various Chillers and Freezers listed below; a. Monthly and annual service and maintenance of the chillers and walk-in freezers/Refrigerated containers in accordance to manufacturer recommendation, b. Installation services for various type of Air-conditioners (ACs) as per the manufacturer recommendation. c. Repair the faulty and broken chillers and walk-in freezer as and when needed and requested. 2. The initial contract duration shall be of one (1) year with the option to extend for another three (3) years of one (1) year periods (1+1+1) at the sole discretion of UNIFIL, the maximum contract duration shall be four (4) years. 3. UNIFIL will undertake a competitive solicitation exercise shortly and consider inviting those companies that have expressed their interest and provided initial relevant information as to their ability to fulfill UNIFIL’s requirement. 4.
