Tender Details

Colliers, on behalf of Property and Development NSW, the NSW government agency representing the registered proprietor Transport for NSW (Vendor), invites expressions of interest in Lots 204 & 205 Fitzwilliam Street & Argyle Street, Parramatta from investors with suitable experience, financial capacity and technical capability to purchase and develop the Property, while meeting the project objectives, key sales terms and delivering the required urban design and transport outcomes in the future development of the property, as set out in the Call for Expressions of Interest (“EOI”).

The property is strategically positioned adjacent to Parramatta Railway Station & Parramatta Transport Interchange.

Well connected to transport infrastructure and the central Parramatta commercial core, the property is located within easy walking distance of Westfield Shopping Centre & Parramatta Square, and education facilities including Western Sydney University (Parramatta City Campus) and Arthur Phillip High School. 

It comprises a site area of 2,811.8m² (approximately, subject to survey and stratum subdivision), with frontage to both Argyle Street and Fitzwilliam Street.
