Contract Title: Procurement of provision Inputs for 65 F/FTC Demonstration for 24 Project Woredas

Reference No. ET-SOMALI, RLLP-263922-GO-RFB

 

1 The Government of Ethiopia has received financing from the World Bank toward the cost of the Lowlands Livelihood Resilience Project and intends to apply part of the proceeds toward payments under the contract for the Procurement of Inputs.

 

2 The Somali Region, Lowlands Livelihood Resilience Project, now invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the Procurement of provision Inputs for 65 F/FTC Demonstration for 24 deliver at Jigjiga within short period of time….

 

3 Bidding will be conducted through the National Competitive procurement using a Request for Bids (RFB) as specified in the World Bank’s “Procurement Regulation for IPF Borrowers (“procurement Regulations”), and is open to all eligible bidders as defined in the Procurement Regulation.

 

4 Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information from LLRP, Regional Project Coordination Unit, Bashir Hassan with the email: [email protected]  and inspect the bidding documents during office hours 8:00am–5:00PM at the address of LLRP, Somali Regional Coordination Unit Office given below.

 

5 A complete set of bidding documents in English may be purchased by interested eligible bidders upon the submission of a written application to the address below and upon payment of a nonrefundable fee of 800. The method of payment will be cash.  The document should be hand delivered to the LLRP Regional office.

 

6 Bids must be delivered to the address below on or before [February 22, 2022]. Electronic bidding will not be permitted. Late bids will be rejected. Bids will be publicly opened in the presence of the bidders’ designated representatives and anyone who choose to attend at the address below on February 22, 2022at 16:30 local time.  

 

All bids must be accompanied by a “Bid Security” OF ETB 50, 000.
