Public Private Partnership Agreements between the Active Ageing & Community Care (AACC) and Private Homes for long term care beds to address waiting list pressure. Nevertheless, AACC is being inundated with requests from Mater Dei Hospital (MDH) to admit patients in our residential care homes due to the large influx of patients being admitted at MDH and in view of the Covid19 pandemic which is the main reason of buying these additional beds.
