Due to the nature of this Request for Proposal for Services, there will be no public opening of proposals.

It is important that you read all of the provisions of the Request for Proposal for Services, to ensure that you understand UNICEF’s requirements and can submit a proposal in compliance with them. Note that failure to provide compliant proposals may result in invalidation of your proposal

6. Vendor creation, internal paperwork: 08-10 August 2017
7. Preparation of contract and signatures: 11-15 August 2017
8. Contract begins: 18 August 2017
