The MESC will provide the Republic of Fiji Military Forces with infrastructure and facilities that will enable maritime operations, planning and training. It will incorporate the Republic of Fiji Navy Headquarters, Suva Radio Coastal Station (Coast Watch), Rescue Coordination Centre and the Fiji Hydrographic Service. The MESC Project will include construction of a multi-storey facility and all associated site works.
