The Library of Congress requires contract support to purchase motion picture supplies for stabilizing, repairing and conserving its motion picture film collection. These conservation efforts ensure Library of Congress motion picture materials are used and stored according to motion picture conservation best practices.To accomplish this goal, the Moving Image Section at the Culpeper, VA campus seeks to purchase of a variety of supplies required for conservation duties. Each item has a particular purpose in the stabilization and protection of the collection. This is a brand name or equal competition.

The Library is soliciting quotes in accordance with sections L and M of the attached solicitation. Quotes in response to this solicitation are due no later than 1/15/2021 at 5 PM EST. Please see the attached solicitation for specific submission instructions.
