The 185th Air Refueling Wing (ARW) is currently seeking sources for a Mobile Surveillance and Deterrence Tower. This is not a solicitation announcement. This notice neither constitutes a Request for Proposal, nor does it restrict 185th ARW to an ultimate acquisition approach. No contract will be awarded from this announcement and requests for a solicitation will not receive a response. No reimbursement will be made for any costs associated with providing information in response to this announcement. Any information submitted by respondents to this notice is strictly voluntary. This Sources Sought Notice is in support of market research being conducted by the 185th ARW to determine potential sources capable of fulfilling all requirements associated with Mobile Surveillance and Deterrence Tower.

Requirement:

Mobile Surveillance and Deterrence Tower

• Mobile Autonomous Surveillance and Deterrence Tower/towable with hydraulic lift capability
• Must operate with either generator/gas tank or fixed electric plug-in
• Must extend to at least two stories height
• Must have 360 degree visibility/2 person cab equipped with desk and 2 chairs
• Must withstand 60mph wind rating
• Climate Controlled/heat and air conditioning/w/ tinted windows
• With public address system and siren

Firms responding to this sources sought notice are also requested to provide the 185th ARW with capability statements, which need to include at a minimum:
