Part of this financing will be used for payments under the contract named above. No nationality restrictions apply other than restriction arising from ITB 4.7.  2.    The Project Administration Group (PAG) of the Ministry of Labour, Migration and Employment (“the Purchaser”) invites sealed bids from eligible Bidders for the procurement of Priority Sector Equipment and Tools for Engineering Pedagogical College in Dushanbe (EPCD) Training Delivery (“the Goods”).
